• rp1vip does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposited funds are intended for betting and gaming purposes only. rp1vip is not a payment processing service or money transfer service.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-6 hours during banking hours for verified accounts.
• First-time withdrawals require identity verification and may take 24-48 hours for security review.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your rp1vip account details.
• VIP tier members receive priority withdrawal processing with faster turnaround times.
• We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals or suspicious account activity.
• Any bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for bonus terms.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with international anti-money laundering standards, rp1vip implements the following measures:

• Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted.
• We reserve the right to investigate and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

• All bets are final once confirmed. We do not accept bet cancellations after confirmation except in cases of obvious system error.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds or results, rp1vip reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, game, or bet type.
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results and statistics from recognized governing bodies.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, including football betting, bandar bola (football bookmaker services), and mix parlay (accumulator bets), the following rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).
• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid. If postponed longer, bets are typically voided.
• If a match is abandoned, bets are void unless the outcome was already determined at the time of abandonment.
• Live betting odds and markets are subject to rapid change based on match events. Accept odds before placing your bet.
• Cash-out functionality, where available, allows you to settle bets early at current market value. Cash-out offers may be withdrawn at any time.

6.3 Casino Gaming Rules

• All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness.

• Any interruption or cessation of service.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our platform.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Customer Complaints

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending bets are settled.
• Unused bonus funds and promotional credits will be forfeited.
• You may not register a new account for at least 30 days following voluntary closure.

11.2 Termination by rp1vip

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
